We are providing support overnight when required, to ensure the safety and wellbeing of clients who require assistance with activities of daily living or medical needs during the night. The service includes 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep and two hours of active care. Additional support can be scheduled before and after the sleepover at the hourly rate of that day.

For support travel we charge $1 per km plus any parking and city link fees incurred during travelling. For distances greater than 15km, $0.8 per km is our fee for non support travel.

We understand these bookings may not always last the minimum booking time of 1 hour, so we offer a 30-minute video or phone booking rate (for calls over 30 minutes, the standard hourly rate applies). Video or Phone Support rate is $25 on weekdays and $40 on weekends and public holidays.
